    -If a position is offered to you, I agree to and understand that I may be required to submit to and pass a drug and/or alcohol test for the abuse of illegal substances prior to being hired or at any time during my employment. Additionally, I understand and agree to submit to a drug test at any time by Move Central or following a work-related injury.
    -If employed by Move Central and in consideration of employment, I agree to abide by the written and unwritten rules and regulations of and agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated at will, with or without cause, with or without notice, at any time, either at my option or at the option of (“At Will Employment”). I understand that no management representative has the authority to enter into any agreement of employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, except the President. Any such agreement must be in writing and signed by both the President and myself.
    - I understand that all offers of employment are conditioned on the provision of satisfactory proof of my identity and legal authority to work in the U.S. Offers of employment are also conditioned on the satisfactory completion of tests for drugs and/or alcohol at a Move Central selected facility at ’s expense, and I understand that Move Central may use additional information obtained from such tests to the extent permitted by state and federal law.
    -Move Central Inc has implemented an arbitration procedure for fast, fair, final, and binding resolution to all employment-related legal claims. I understand and agree to be bound by said arbitration procedure(s).
